All web design and development work will be built to comply with current web standards and tested against the current and previous major versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. Support for older or discontinued browsers is not included. Any such work will be quoted separately and carried out only once approved.
Our design and development work meets WCAG 2.2 Level AA. This covers the templates, code, and design elements we produce, along with any content we transpose as part of the project, such as converting supplied documents into web pages.
Content that stays in its original format, including downloadable PDFs, Word documents and spreadsheets, sits outside that scope, as do third-party embeds and anything added after handover. We're happy to advise on these and can quote for remediation or ongoing support where it would help.
Where specific legal or institutional standards apply, such as the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018, we'll talk it through with you early on and quote separately for formal audits, assistive technology testing, document remediation and accessibility statement support.
